My email or password doesn't work to sign into Karto

It’s important to note that we have made several improvements to our Karto experience and service which includes updates to our log-in screen and will require you to create a new account.

Please Note: You can use the same email and password that you used for your HelpSeeker account if you prefer. However, remember that you need to create new login credentials for this platform.
